#12 Dimensions Critical Reflection

1-My four dimensions are communication,  growth, decision making  and status.

Communication means do you communicate directly or indirectly, growth means you prefer to see your organization invest more in people or more in material, decision making means you prefer to work by rule or relation ship and status means you prefer to be ascribed to people due to their birth or to achieved by people through hard work and personal success. Its based on my CMI result  which includes the four dimensions that I talked about on the first four sentences and there is more dimensions but I  have chosen the easiest dimensions.

2- I learnt from my questionnaire results to be indirect more than direct while I am communicating with my group as I can see there is ten people communicate direct and four people sometimes they communicate direct and sometimes indirect, my place is with the four people. I agree with this result because some times direct makes the work with my group faster.

In my personal culture profile in status I see my self with the five people who achieved by people through hard work and nine of them are more achieved than ascribed but less than us. I agree with the result because the people who worked hard is more smarter than the people who are given to them due to their birth.

 In growth result the total people are fourteen one of them invest more in the material and three of them invest half in people and half in the material and ten of them invest in people more than material  and my place in the group with the people who invested in people more than material. I agree with that because people who created the materials and people are smartest than materials.

Decision making  six of the people prefer to work with relation ship and the other six  half rule and half relation ship and two people they work rule more than relation ship and my place is with these two people. I disagree because if there is no rule the work will fail.

3- I think my result will change after 5 year because nothing stay constant everything changes, I like it to be different because I don’t like people to know me well , so no one cant understanding me I will be complicated.
